We provide a 24-month warranty for all products you purchase, excluding free gifts. To learn more, please check our Warranty Policy.

ZEEHOO will make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us via email within 1 day after the order is placed. We will then do our best to assist you in resolving the matter. Kindly note that the refund does not include currency conversion or credit card fees. Please note that once an order has been sent out, we won't be able to handle its cancellation.

We do not collect or store any of your credit card details. All payments are securely processed by either PayPal or your credit card provider, depending on the payment method you choose. When you proceed to the final step of checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website. At no point do we have access to your credit card information.

A few reasons a transaction may have failed include:

  • A problem with the credit card.
  • Your online payment gateway settings.
  • Incorrect card details provided during payment.

Here is a list of actions you could take should the transaction fail:

  • Make sure that your debit/credit card details are correct when making a purchase.
  • Try using an alternative card or payment method such as PayPal if possible.
  • Contact your debit/credit card provider with the error message, they may be able to identify the issue you are having.

Shipping & Delivery

All products come with free shipping, except when accessories are purchased separately.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 - 10 business days.

Currently, ZEEHOO ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Hungary,  Poland, Sweden,  Japan, India, Slovakia and UAE. We plan to expand to more countries/regions in the future.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the shipping status either by searching it directly or through the 'Order Tracking' page on our website.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and shipped out. If the tracking does not update, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your order is on its way, but the post office has not yet scanned/processed the package, so its status has not yet been updated on the tracking website. Please allow a few days for your local post office to process your package. You may want to contact your local post office with your tracking number for more details.
  • Your order has reached your country and is currently being cleared by customs. Until the package has been inspected and cleared by customs, the tracking system will be unable to provide any further updates. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how long this process might take, as it depends your country’s customs process.

If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and determine the next steps. Once we have all relevant information, the processing time will be 1 to 3 business days. We will do our best to resolve your case quickly.

A timely notification with valid proof will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible. If you experience any of the following problems with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it, providing a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant information:

  • Items in the package are damaged.
  • The items you received are not what you ordered, or some items are missing.
  • The courier’s website shows the package as delivered and signed for, but you did not receive it.
