30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

For products purchased on the official ZEEHOO website, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of reason, within 30 days of the purchase. This does not include bulk orders, which are not refundable. (Note: ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.) Once the returned item(s) arrives at the address provided by the ZEEHOO Customer Support Team, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all items originally sent
  • Returns for refund must include all products that buyer would like refunded
  • Returned items part of a larger order will only be refunded for the items returned, not total order value
  • Returns for discounted products will only be refunded for discounted value
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related returns, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related returns, ZEEHOO refunds only the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet above requirements

For warranty information regarding products purchased on 3rd-party platforms such as Amazon and Kickstarter, or through ZEEHOO’s authorized distributors and retailers, please refer to their warranty policy. Buyer is encouraged to contact ZEEHOO Customer Support Team directly before returning items, to confirm if a return is the best option available to buyer.
