It does several things genuinely well, and the difference shows up in how you actually use it through a normal day.

So if you don't want to clip the power bank to the outside of your backpack, you can hang it from a strap using the cable itself. It's functional and it stays out of the way.

Pass-Through Charging Gives You Real Flexibility
The MagAir supports pass-through charging, and Mike walks through just how flexible this makes the setup.
The integrated cable works both ways. You can use it to charge another device out, or you can use it to charge the power bank itself. There's also a USB-C port at the bottom that serves as both input and output.

Mike does flag one limitation worth knowing about. If you're charging three devices at once, the total max output drops to 15W across all of them. You're not going to get 45W on every device when the power bank is splitting its output three ways. That's just physics, and it makes sense given the capacity, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning to charge multiple devices regularly.

The Hardware Design Shows Real Attention to Detail
Beyond the raw power specs, Mike spends time on the hardware, and it's clear ZEEHOO thought about how people actually handle these things.
Soft-touch back. When the MagAir is connected to your phone, it feels comfortable to hold. Not plasticky, not slippery. The material makes a difference when you're carrying the phone and power bank together as a stack.

The MagAir has a mode that recognizes when you're charging something with a small battery, like sport bands, earbuds, or a smart ring, and adjusts the output so it doesn't shut down mid-charge. Some power banks can't handle the low power draw and just keep shutting off. The MagAir forces the right output for those devices and charges them safely.
Kickstand with a wide angle range. The integrated kickstand lets you stand the MagAir up for FaceTime calls or watching a video. Mike notes that it goes quite far back, so you can use it at a steep angle if needed. He does mention the kickstand could be a bit thicker to reduce wobble, though the hinge itself is firm.
