    Why do I need to fill in the sales channel?

    If the product is purchased for personal use or company use, please select “not for sale”. We do not allow reselling of our products on Amazon as we have our own official store. We do allow third party reselling on other platforms.

    How can I check the status of my order?

    If you have registered an account with us, you can check the status of an ordered item in the “My Order” menu. If you have not registered, you can visit the Order Tracking Page to get your shipping status. If you still have questions, you can Contact Support to our customer support team.

    When will you process my order?

    We process and ship orders between Monday and Friday (GMT + 8). Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays, and/or during company closures will not be processed until the following business day.

    For products in stock, your order will be processed and shipped  in 1-3 business days.

    Can I share the code with others?

    No. Coupon codes are linked to the email address used for verification and can only be used on ZEEHOO's official site with that email address.

If you need to modify the size of your order or the type(s) of products you are ordering, please contact us immediately before placing your order.     Order and Shipment

    • Unshipped Orders: You can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped through your ZEEHOO account.
    • Shipped Orders: For orders that have already been shipped, you can still request a refund. However, the refund will only be processed once the ordered product(s) are returned to our warehouse. You can track your order’s shipment status through your ZEEHOO account.
    • Pre-Payment Confirmation Refund: If you wish to request a refund before ZEEHOO confirms your payment, please contact our customer support team. We will prioritize your request.

    Aftersales Policy

    How to request a refund or replacement:

    • Contact ZEEHOO customer support.
    • Provide legal proof-of-purchase or receipts.
    • Return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and attachments, in new condition.
    • Ensure the product has no cracks, dents, scratches, or other damage not caused by ZEEHOO.

    Refunds will not be provided if:

    • The request is submitted beyond 45 calendar days of purchase.
